Terms and Conditions

Faulty Goods (within 14 working days)

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days from receipt to inform us of the fault in order to process a full refund or an exchange. Otherwise your return will be processed under the terms of the Manufacturer’s’ Warranty.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your bank account based on your preference.

We examine and test returned items. If our technicians find a returned item to not possess a fault, or to have been tampered with, we will return.

Unwanted Goods (within 7 working days)

You can return unwanted items within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the items. Please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded. The refund will be arranged only after the product is received and checked by a technician. Product and its packing needs to be in original condition along with any accessories and documentation.

If a product is not returned in brand new condition, we possess the right to return the product back to you. Goods returned outside 7 calendar days shall not be refunded.

Return Exclusions

Unfortunately, we do not refund, replace or exchange certain products if the seal / packaging has been broken or opened or if the hygiene of the product is disturbed. This is applicable for silicone cases for iPhones, Apple products, Logitech products, tempered glasses / screen protectors and body care products.

Replacements & Refunds

Where applicable, a replacement or a refund will be processed as promptly as possible. Please be aware that it may take up to 7-14 working days depending on the purpose of the return to issue a refund or a new product. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
